Commander Salamander looks at the tea leaves and tries to predict the three most likely Courses Of Action for Israel to take in Gaza

In order of severity:

1) Allied occupation of Germany, 1945

Block-by-block segmentation and demilitarization of Gaza.

2) Allied occupation of Danzig, 1945

As #1, but with subsidized emigration. Possible territorial integration of Gaza into Israel.

3) Roman conquest of Carthage, 149 BC

Subsidized emigration, territorial integration into Israel, conversion of Gaza into a nature preserve.
